SentiNet³ Pack are customizable service packages according to the needs of each of our customer that will be supported by a technical SentiNet³ Certified and supported by the team who made SentiNet³.
The differences between the various SentiNet³ Pack are the following:
SILVER: extended hardware warranty and downloadable updates are always available online. There is no support, all warranty claims are made in house, support is given by phone, email and through the portal.
GOLD: In addition to silver service, are provided warranty repair and troubleshooting on site.
PLATINUM: In addition to the services provided in the gold package:
- Remote Administration
- Mobile Kit (supply of iPhone or iPad with its iCube)
- Customization and tuning on site for a total of 5 days by a Sentinet3 Certified Engineer
EXTENSION PLUS: this extension is associated with the Platinum Service. Thanks to this extension a project manager and a technician will be in charge of the customer configurations, system evolution, integration, customization and development of plug in specifically for a commitment of up to 100 days.
