Sentinet³ Core · Monitoring

Monitored technologies

From servers to databases, from firewalls to the cloud, from UPSs to business applications: everything in the same console, with the same state model.

Availability and performance of every system

Sentinet³ checks resources (disk, RAM, CPU), processes and services, with thresholds that determine the state (OK, Warning, Critical), notifications by SMS or email and proactive actions on state changes. Beyond state, it measures performance and helps identify bottlenecks.

Protocols: SNMP and traps, WMI, SSH, JMX, CORBA, NRPE and plug-ins, ODBC and JDBC, Syslog and the TCP/IP suite (TCP, UDP, ICMP, HTTP/HTTPS, SMTP, POP3, IMAP, FTP, Telnet).

Patterns with a detailed page. The highlighted technologies have a Pattern: a set of preconfigured checks that is applied to a host in a single operation. Open them for the full list of checks.

All the others are monitored with the same protocols, using reusable templates, scripts and plug-ins, in the same console.

Can’t find your technology?

Patterns, scripts and plug-ins extend checks to any system that exposes an interface that can be queried, keeping them in the same console and the same state model. The parameters available depend on the interfaces exposed by the systems and on the checks configured: tell us about your environment and we will show you how to bring it under control.
